The aim of the project “Digital Service Twin for Aeroengines and Electrified Propulsion Systems” (DiSTAnS) is to research and develop collaborative concepts, processes, procedures, and methods for predictive maintenance in the field of aircraft engines.
Funded from resources of the European Union and the State of Brandenburg.

Kinetic Change explores new ways of communication in organizational change. Based on Robert E. Quinn’s Competing Values Framework, we created a data visualization sculpture that blends digital and physical elements to make goals, actions, and progress visible. It engages stakeholders, sparks dialogue, and provides a tangible model of change for both management and employees.

Footbonaut, operated by Bundesliga club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, is a robotic training system that launches balls at players from eight different machines. Originally invented and developed by Berlin-based CGoal GmbH, it is part of the SAP SportsLab at Hoffenheim, serving as a high-tech tool for professional soccer training.
For TSG 1899 and SAP, we advanced Footbonaut into a semi-automated assessment center for talent diagnostics. By developing new algorithms and methods grounded in sports science and psychological statistics, we enabled evidence-based evaluation of player performance.
Cavorit designed, prototyped, and built the AI driving Footbonaut, co-developed the engine control system, set up the data collection pipeline for machine learning, and prototyped the visual analytics module that provides actionable feedback to both players and coaches.
We’ve launched DataCards — our first standalone product, built on over a decade of experience in data and software innovation.
DataCards streamlines the way teams design data and AI workflows, enabling everybody to deploy digital twins, dashboards, and apps in minutes instead of months.
